Walk to the Peak District

Sheffield is well known for being a beautiful place to live and visit, but did you know that it is also the greenest city in Europe?

With that in mind, we thought it’d be a fantastic idea to take a trip to the Peak District and walk around some of the most scenic landscapes that the UK has to offer.

We would recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes, a picnic and waterproof clothes – although it’s the summer, it can sometimes rain!

One of our students will lead the walk, and you will need to meet them at 10am on Sunday 23 July outside the main University entrance. This event is free of charge.

Pubs and venues across the city will be putting on nights and events, so keep an eye on the main website to keep up to date with what’s going on.
