Following the recent heavy rainfall, our internal maintenance teams are currently dealing with a high number of leaks and water ingress related issues across the whole estate. I would like to ask for patience in regards to any non-essential work requests that have been raised while our teams deal with these issue and focus their efforts on any emergency and urgent work requests.
