Sheffield Hallam University has reached preferred bidder stage in the procurement of the Hallam Alliance delivery partners for its Campus Masterplan. BDP, BAM Construction and CBRE Global Workplace Solutions are the preferred bidders.
The Hallam Alliance is the first model of its kind in the Country for a University building programme. It will bring three core partners together with the University under a single contract to collaboratively deliver the programme in a way that maximises transformation and provides best long term value to the university.
