We have been notified that some roads in Sheffield will be closed to traffic on Sunday 14 July for the HSBC UK Let’s Ride event. This will affect routes to both Collegiate and City Campus. The following roads will be closed for the duration of the times stated:
7.30 am – 5pm
- Moore Street
- Charter Row
- Furnival Gate
- Pinestone Street
- Surrey Street
- Norfolk Street
- Charles Street
8:30 am – 4.30 pm
- Ecclesall Road
10.15 am – 3:45 pm
- St Mary’s Gate – between St Mary’s Gate Roundabout and Moore Street
- Handover Way – between Glossop Road and St Mary’s Gate Roundabout
Access and Crossing Points will be controlled in the following locations between 07:30-17:00hrs:
Access Points:
- Atkinsons & Wicks via Young Street, Bishop Street and Fitzwilliam Gate
- Mecure Hotel via Norfolk Row and Surrey Street
Vehicle Crossing Points for residents only:
- Ecclesall Road Harland Road & Collegiate Crescent
- Ecclesall Road Dover Road & Hickmott Road
