Lockdown Loves – volume 3

This weeks winning picture goes to Simon, it has to. I mean come on, is that even the same person?

For this week I asked for your stories from when we were free and what we got up to on independence day if you are like me basically we all went and got haircuts and had gasp… went to the pub?

I got some lovely pictures from a from times gone by when we could roam freely! Scroll down for more!

This picture was from Giles, it’s Buttermere, I’m sure that sheep has no idea what lockdown means but he sure looks like he knows how to social distance.

There’s a theme emerging here… lets make it a hat trick for next week…Thanks Giles!

Here’s a picture of Kate Bembridge and Mr B, in Capri 2 years ago – absolute bliss! Looking fab guys!

Thank you Kate!!

This one is Rachel Devaney and the gang a well spent weekend at Howstean Gorge doing 5 different activities:

Caving, canoeing, abseiling, via ferata and canyoning This gang is Rachel and her family to the right with the rest of the swimfit gang, they were about to do the via ferata which she highly recommends!

And her she is our champion swimmer about to go and jump into a lake and swim 800m… nuts!

Thank you for your entries Rachel!

Here we have Wendy Kay and Ruby after their cuts – both looking very happy! Wendy had the first appointment at her salon after lockdown!

Looking gorgeous Ruby and Wendy!

And finally as some of you may know, I have been growing my hair for the Little Princess Trust Charity and I had it chopped off last week! I am trying to raise a little bit of money to go along with it in the end I had 14/16 inches of hair to send to the Little Princess Trust which is the length of the greatest need to them. I would really appreciate any donations to the charity a wig costs them roughly £500 so anything would be appreciated. Click on the picture for the link!

Here’s Jackson and I at Scarborough November 2018 – I was mid recovery here after having my breakdown in 2018, I love this picture because I had spent most of the day stood with my face in the wind eating cinnamon doughnuts and chewing my mom’s ear off, I remember feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders. Its amazing what some sugar a view and a fresh breeze can do for the mind!
