Lockdown loves – volume 1

Titled Party Pics: It only feels right that this picture gets the airtime it deserves, it entirely missed the brief but still continues to bring me no end of joy! Thank you to Anna Cawton with her submission at 11:06 – I think i have found the new pictures for my structure charts!

Thank you to everyone who submitted pictures here’s a little collage of what was submitted

Lockdown loves what is it?

Things we love in lockdown, that’s it… its a place to share resources, experiences, activities, book recommendations, walks… maybe all of those things you were thinking ooh you know what! I should really tell someone about that, but, unfortunately, there is no one around to tell anymore, or if you are like me the dog is bored of hearing about my scones for 75,000’th time…. pop them my way and I will post them on here…

Mary Berry’s Scones!

So I stumbled across this fantastic and recipe for scones – its a classic, and SOOOOOO easy!

Perfect for curing those little scone cravings now we cant get across to the Post Office

Did someone say Walkies?

Anyone looking for an almost 10k steps easy going walk? Broomhead Reservoir is perfect for such wanderings, just near Bolsterstone and Ewden Villages it hosts some glorious scenic views (as above) and if you’re feeling like you’ve got more in the tank why not walk around Morehall Reservoir situated just below.

Book recommendations

Now I can only personally vouch for the ones I have read in lock down which have all been fantastic and I would highly recommend:
