Staff Rep Elections 2018 – Nominations open!

The current Finance and Planning LICC staff reps’ term of office will end in February. The election and nomination process to fill the six vacant positions will therefore begin today and will close on 23 February  with voting commencing on 26 February.

Please consider nominating yourself to join the LICC as a staff representative of either Finance (3 positions) or Planning (3 positions).  Current and past staff reps have many positive things to say about their experiences.

Eligibility to stand as a candidate

To nominate yourself for one of the six positions you must meet the following criteria:

  • be an employee of SHU
  • be a member of the Finance and Planning Directorate
  • have the support of two signatures who are employees of SHU and members of the Finance and Planning Directorate

The current staff reps are keen to share their experiences with you and answer any questions that you may have so please pop along to the next LICC coffee morning on 1 February  (9:30-11:00 Oneleven Cafe).  Alternatively, you can discuss the role in confidence with one of the current staff reps or attend the 14 February LICC meeting as a buddy by emailing ! finance and Planning LICC.
