Update by the LICC staff reps
Coffee Morning – 27th October
We held the latest coffee morning on the 27th October in the new Hertha Ayrton STEM Centre – between the Sheaf and Eric Mensforth buildings. For anyone who hasn’t been in, it’s worth a look (and the chairs were really comfy).
Our Hot Topics© this time were the Finance & Planning staff survey results, the team brief, monthly reporting and the PSOM project.
A lot of the time was actually taken up discussing issues with the sales ledger restructure implementation, with some important points raised.
There was also some discussion around the management accounts process improvement work and the change in our HR representative.

LICC meeting – 1st November
The LICC itself met on the 1st November. Aside from the usual updates from Deborah, Simon, Linda and Emma (as well as the reps, of course!), we had updates from Matt Parkin and Vanessa on the move to Unified Comms, which is coming to 1-11 later this month and on movements on level 5 of 1-11 to accommodate sales ledger.
We also reviewed the LICC Terms of Reference, in light of us coming together as the Finance and Planning Directorate, and reviewed the results from the Your Views survey.
