Our new Sustainability Placement Student, Amy Dalrymple, has soon got into her swing with an edition of the Green Champion Round Up which is full of interesting information.

Amy has included a new section, written by one of our Green Champions, about why he joined the crew and what it means to him so if you’re thinking of taking the green plunge then this is a must read.

There is good news for our catering staff who’ve achieved a 3/3 star Sustainable Restaurant Association Food Made Good Rating.

Finally, the Energy Behaviour Change Campaign launches this month where the Sustainability team will be sharing the energy saving themes that they hope we will be a part of throughout the year.  Watch this space for more details.
