Meet the Business Analyst and Continuous Improvement Team

The BA team is part of Strategic Portfolio and Business Change (the artist formerly known as BIS) within Planning. The CI team sit within the Business Analyst Team and the two work closely together. For more information in the CI Team, see previous blog.

What we work on…

Work on projects, initiatives and help with facilitation and training. Most of the projects are large strategic change programmes that come from one of the University boards, but we do work on other bits and bobs too. The Continuous Improvement work can come in from anyone at any time and ranges from small facilitation / consultation sessions to large improvement projects.
