Our head chef Darren Proctor shows us this week how to create arancini balls (aka bubble and squeak balls) from your veg leftovers and BBQ pulled meat wraps with piccalilli coleslaw – YUM! I think this is a great idea – we usually end up having a poor man’s roast dinner with our leftovers for a couple of days…
