Good food for less – Part 1

After sharing  all our Outdoor City has to offer with you over the past few weeks – we thought you might have worked up an appetite.

A while back FD developed some Vlogs (short videos) with SHU catering Executive Chef Darren Procter for their FD news, and this seems like the perfect time to share these with you all.

Over the next 3 weeks we will be sharing the 3 videos Darren has done – which will show you some creative things you can do with your meals, and some great recipes.

If the success of the recent bakes sales is anything to go by I know in Finance & Planning we love our food – so for those budding Paul and Marys out there, please feel free to share your healthy recipes or thoughts with us too!

This week is all about reducing fat and salt with this recipe for ‘magic’ dough.  This dough can be used to make a plethora of recipes.  In the video you can see Darren making this recipe, and making it look very easy as the video is only 6 and a half minutes long!
