Hi!

Yesterday at the Planning office move party it was pointed out to me that I hadn’t featured a cat on the blog in a while, and Bernie Marshall had sent this to me, which kills two birds with one stone! A cute kitten and an uplifting thought of the day.

Planning office move party

Yesterday lunch time Planning had a ‘house warming’ party now they are all located on Floor 1 of 1:11.

There was a wonderful spread and even some celebratory fizz,  everyone was too busy enjoying themselves to take any photos! If anyone did take any it would be great to see them.

The VC’s Blog

On Monday it was a politically themed blog, and yesterday it was focused around Move More month.

Sheffield in June…

…brings the opening of DOC/FEST and a month of documentary films, music extravaganzas. Our Fave Places has rounded up how to make the most out of what is happening this month:

• for six days the city’s cinemas – plus some free outdoor screens –showcase factual filmmaking
• Today there will be a 24-hour celebration of music in unexpected places from Sheffield Makes Music
• Sheffield’s galleries are playing host to some excellent exhibitions, including our very own SIA degree shows.
