Yesterday all our Management Accounts teams (unfortunately Corporate Reporting couldn’t make it but we will make sure they have the chance to feed into the workshop) were represented in their services and future improvements workshop (before they are completely drowning in budgeting and planning).

So armed with lots of flip chart and post it notes, all the areas joined forces to talk about their services and and how they deliver them.

The teams also then took the time to think about any improvements they think could be made to their service, before providing some of their stakeholders that can be interviewed.

Once the notes are typed up the teams are going to have another discussion in their team meetings, to ensure those who could not make it get the opportunity to provide their input. From this the teams will get a visual representation of their services, and once stakeholder interviews have been held a report of recommendations for improvements for Management Accounts.
