I have written a proposal for what our Finance volunteering days might look like this year. This was on our action plan last year, and it has been moved over to our new action plan.

Volunteering Days have a number of benefits relating to staff well-being, team morale, as well as helping us in Finance to achieve our vision;

“To be the best Finance Team in the sector; a highly motivated and engaged team valued by all”

Our Engagement Working Group got to see this and share their thoughts, before it was send to the Finance Leadership Team. FLT have agreed that we can move onto a scoping exercise to figure out in a bit more detail which charities we could visit, so you can expect a survey on this coming your way in the next few weeks.
