Following the workshop on the 18th July meetings have been scheduled with 30 of the team’s stakeholders, with some great feedback having been received so far. 

Once all the meetings have been held, a report will be written outlining recommendations for future improvement.  These recommendations will be based on both the feedback from the Strategic Procurement Team and from their stakeholders.
