On 18th July I held a workshop with the Strategic Procurement Team to kick off their turn on the Services and Future Improvements project.  I am currently in the process of carrying out meetings with some of their key stakeholders, but in the meantime please see the below image (click on it to see it bigger) for some of the highlights so far.
