It has been a few weeks now since my workshop with the Financial Accounts team and during this time I have been meeting with the stakeholders they identified for me. So far I have managed to meet and get feedback from 13 stakeholders, many internal to Finance and some external ones.
The stakeholder feedback so far has been really positive, so I thought I would share a few of their comments with you:
“The team is always really helpful, and the advice that they give reassures us that we are doing the right thing”
“There is a good level of trust between our teams which leads to a good working relationship”
“The team always works with us in resolving VAT queries to ensure we get the information required”
I still have some more meetings in the pipeline over the next week or so, and then I will be able to meet with the Financial Accounts team again to share their visual representation of services and any recommendations for improvements with them.
