The Engagement Champions and I have been talking a lot about the great things that are happening in your teams to help embed “our journey”. I wanted to share these with you.

Health and Wellbeing Management Accounts:
They have a great notice board in their office where they put up all things engagement. For their team meetings they have a sheet on the board they can fill in, which then becomes part of their agenda.

Directorates Management Accounts:
They have their managers’ pledges printed off near their desks, they also have a rolling agenda on a white board which forms part of their team meetings.

Purchase Ledger:
They have their team mission and vision on coasters they all have on their desk, they also have a plaque up on the wall.

Sales Ledger:
Liked Health and Wellbeing’s  Engagement notice board so much that they decided to do their own. This also has a little washing line for thoughts, comments and ideas to be added to. They also have a slot in their team meetings where they can discuss things. They are also holding a coffee morning to discuss all things engagement.

Development and Society Management Accounts:
They have team mugs which spell finance on one side and have their team vision on the other side.

and last but not least Financial Accounts are looking into getting mouse mats with their team mission, vision and values on.
