Hopefully by now your team ‘”Engagement Champion” has had a chat with you all about our new engagement definition and some potential quick wins.
In the next couple of weeks the quick wins will be looked at to see which ones we can take forward.
The next Engagement Working Group session will take place on 24th November. The Engagement Champions will be looking at our Finance Values. What are the values and qualities that we as a directorate expect from our colleagues? They will come up with a set of values for the directorate which will be shared with the rest of finance.
The session will also look at the Engagement Health Check Results. The Engagement Champions will be looking at the engagement enablers:
- Employee Voice
- Integrity
- Strategic Narrative
- Involvement
- Engaging Managers
What can we do to make our best practice areas even better and improve on what we already have within Finance?
They will be coming up with an action plan, that we will look to implement over the next year.
