Between now and Christmas each team will take part in a “Vision Workshop”. This is to help your team come up with their own team vision that contributes to the overall Finance Vision and mission:

“To be the best finance directorate in the sector; A highly motivated, engaged team, valued by all”

“To ensure financial sustainability for Sheffield Hallam University through high quality business relationships, informed decision making, expert advice and guidance”.

Purchase Ledger took part in the very first vision workshop and created their own Purchase Ledger Vision (double click on it to enlarge it):

The session was very interactive and they created a visual representation of their vision which you can all see up by their desks in oneleven.
