NB: Re-synced resource booker: It has come to light that resource booker has recently been re-synced, please check that any new bookings entered have not disappeared.
There have been a number of clashes with usage of DTS meeting rooms since resource booker has been installed. There is no way of automatically transferring meetings out of DTS Outlook calendar (meeting rooms) into resource booker or vice versa.
Would you please look to ensure that any meetings previous booked in DTS Outlook meeting calendars are rebooked into Resource booker. No further meetings should be booked using DTS Outlook calendars.
Once you have booked a meeting in resource booker you will receive a confirmation notice of your booking, this is your evidence of booking.
The resource booker system does not allow for clashes, so no one should be using the room if you have booked it and received confirmation.
Reoccurrence of meetings
The resource booker system has bank holidays stored as the University is not open. Therefore any bookings that go over the Bank Holiday will need to be split. Continuous bookings can not be made over bank holidays.
