Service Improvement Programme – update

As part of the service improvement programme (SIP) you’ll recall the requirement to deliver integrated service management toolset capability. Two of the key areas of scope will be looked at;

1. Implementation of the Axios Assyst product. (and Integration with Snow)
2. Implementation of the Snow Asset Management product.

Snow is well underway with clear scope, testing and pilot with expected production release for mid-June.
Assyst has a formal engagement kick off session with Axios on Tuesday 24th April, pending T’s&C’s being signed on Friday 20th April. Once the detailed scope and a project plan is available more communications and engagement will take place with relevant process managers, owners and SIP leads.

Once they are implemented we will all need to understand how to use the tools as they will underpin the way we will work with processes and tools .

A further and more detailed update will be provided and cascaded from the line managers meeting on the 17th May.
