DTS has a new Call Handling policy which should be used when dealing with calls in Unidesk.This has been compiled by a group of staff tasked with formulating a consistent way of handling calls within the Directorate. We are promoting the CyberAware training across the University to help all SHU staff stay safe online. Because we are leading the way on this in DTS, please make sure you have done at least the first level of the course.
On Friday 26th January, after 31 years at Sheffield Hallam University, David Williams is leaving DTS and retiring. We wish David a happy and relaxing retirement.
