We invite you to come and study a semester of geography at Sheffield Hallam University. You need to study 60 SHU credits [30 ECTS] and will need to select the UK fieldwork module [20 SHU credits, 10 ECTS] plus four [4] other modules.

The modules on offer to you reflect the interdisciplinary nature of geography as an academic subject. You will have the opportunity to study modules across physical geography, environmental science, and human geogrpahy. As well as developing your knowledge and understanding you will also develop a range of professional, transferable skills in areas including team work, report writing, presentations and IT. You will be taught using a range of methods including lectures, seminars, workshops and practical field and lab work. Many modules include field work or site visits, and we make use of a range of sites located near to Sheffield, including the Peak District National Park.
