The Doctoral School is pleased to bring you information about events coming up from the Doctoral School and the Sheffield Hallam Researcher Development (SHaRD) Programme.
In December we have a session on the Insider Guide to the Doctoral Viva (6 December) and the Careers Service are continuing their series of events with the next session focusing on Interview Techniques (14 December). Colleagues in the Converis team are also running Ethics Training sessions – a topic relevant to everyone conducting research, so have a look at the workshop dates and book a place if you’d like more information or a refresher on using the Converis system.
The first session of 2019 will be a full day session on What Next? Preparing for Life After the Doctorate. We also have a few places left on our Research Degree Examination Independent Chair workshop (which is open to staff only).
