Spillways: Sheffield launch of new poetry collection on Sheffield Lakeland

Poets, Harriet Tarlo and Kym Martindale will read from their new open form collection of poetry from fieldwork around the rivers, becks and reservoirs North of Sheffield.  Followed by a Q and A with geographer, Jon Bridge to discuss how the book emerged from the AHRC HydroSpheres research network which explores the ways in which the arts can be used in co-design to facilitate a more meaningful, active participation in the making of decisions which affect our landscapes and environments.  Artist and designer, Abi Goodman, will also be present to talk about her beautiful design for this risograph printed work.
