A workshop that constantly evolves to take into account the fast-moving nature of social media and features bang up to date case studies and examples facilitated by Dr Jamie Gallagher, an award-winning public engagement professional.

This workshop takes you through the main social media channels and looks at how to create short, sharp, share-worthy content messages.
