This interactive and engaging session for PGR students and ECRs is about how to make a convincing argument in your academic writing.  The session will cover areas such as components of an argument in your writing, the role of critical reading in the context of your thesis or academic papers, and will show the interlinkage between critical reading and writing in the process of developing a convincing argument in your writing.
