Principles of Course Leadership

Principles of Effective Course Leadership were developed in collaboration with existing Course Leaders by identifying good practice and successful ways of working.

These 10 principles are designed to provide a flexible, but consistent bench mark for Colleges to work towards, alongside the role outlines which aim to clarify expectations of the various course leader roles and provide a basis for discussions about succession planning and development needs of academic colleagues.
