It is in the unofficial places and spaces that I personally occupy with Marcel Duchamp, that I have found I can truly be a fan, live out an obsession, and not only adhere to an idea of the neutral \/ academic historian. The practice that has emerged is based on leisure and travel and involves collecting, recording, and archiving, it has provided alternative ways of experiencing, thinking about and documenting Marcel Duchamp, a kind of Duchamp Tourism. This seminar presentation introduces the concept Duchamp Tourism, what practice this involves and how I have begun to think about it, with the intention of seeking feedback and guidance from peers in its early development…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
