Associate Professor Dr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kaisukoski.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Kaisu Koski<\/strong><\/a> is an interdisciplinary artist-researcher with a background in film and performance. Associate Professor Dr <a href=\"https:\/\/michaeltankb.net\/arts-and-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Michael Tan<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s research explores art and design, humanities and social science.<\/p>\n<p>Day to day, the students will join the current cohort of PhD students who are part of Lab4Living\u2019s design-led transdisciplinary and collaborative community of researchers.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidates will be part of a vibrant <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/c3riimpact\/category\/doctoral-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PhD community<\/a>\u00a0within the Culture &amp; Creativity Research Institute (CCRI) at Sheffield Hallam University. This community\u00a0includes students in art, communication, design, media, performance, history and creative writing.<\/p>\n<p>The Lab4Living community has expanded significantly over the last twelve months following a <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/c3riimpact\/lab4living-awarded-4-million-research-england\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">major Research England funding award<\/a> in recognition of its excellence in design-led research.
