The conference attracted high quality research from all over the world and the organisers are\u00a0pleased\u00a0\u00a0to be able to collect\u00a0these papers together and make\u00a0them available to a wider audience. Individual papers will be\u00a0available as separate PDF files\u00a0in the near future\u00a0– please check the\u00a0D4H<\/a>\u00a0website for updates.<\/p>\n
