The two key points that these exercises focused on where:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>generation of novel ideas<\/li>\n<li>physical prototyping (not PDSA cycles \u2013 we classify PDSA cycles as small experiments)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Examples from real projects that we have run were used to illustrate the impact and benefit of applying these exercises and ways of working.
