Claire and Tom also had the opportunity to visit the Scottish Dementia Working Group, individuals living with dementia who are themselves advocates for people with dementia. Over the last ten years, members of this group have been\u00a0integral in developing the <em>Journeying through Dementia<\/em> intervention with Claire.
