So,\u00a0<strong><em>Burning Pool<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em>\u00a0which refers to the molten steel in the foundries that formed the city\u2019s past industry is both a documentation of Sheffield as a post-industrial city in transformation and an exploration of hauntology as a notion of \u201clost futures\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>Burning Pool<\/em> is a package which comprises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 individually designed and screen-printed covers<\/li>\n<li>12\u201d vinyl EP containing 2 x 10 minute soundscapes<\/li>\n<li>DVD featuring 23 minute film with different soundtrack<\/li>\n<li>A4 image and text<\/li>\n<li>Info sheet<\/li>\n<li>Digital download code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1PM &#8211; 2PM<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>WEDNESDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2018<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>CANTOR 9235, CITY CAMPUS, SHEFFIELD HALLAM UNIVERSITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>See <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/c3riimpact\/c3ri-seminar-series-2018-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> for details of other seminars in the series.<\/p>\n<p>All SHU staff and students are welcome to attend the C3RI Lunchtime Research Seminars.
