What is the role of design in exploring issues facing people at end of life?<\/p>\n

What might design offer in the context of people in palliative care?<\/p>\n

These are just two questions that Design to Care<\/a>: a two year funded project by Marie Curie is seeking to answer.<\/p>\n

In this lunchtime session Helen Fisher<\/a> will share some of the insights gathered to date in terms of what people\u00a0have identified as being important.<\/p>\n

She will discuss some of the methods the research team have developed and explore some of the possible ways forward.<\/p>\n

Helen Fisher is a Research Associate at the interdisciplinary research group Lab4Living<\/a>. Follow Helen @HelenFisher_<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Claire Craig<\/a>\u00a0is Reader in Design and Creative Practice in Health in the\u00a0Art & Design Research Centre<\/a>\u00a0(ADRC) and Co-Director of Lab4Living<\/a>. Claire\u2019s research focuses on the role of creative practices in improving quality of life and well-being for people living with dementia.<\/p>\n
