Professor Lise Autogena<\/a> will be presenting at Interfaces Monthly 102017: A Hidden World<\/em><\/a> with long-term collaborator Joshua Portway<\/a>, hosted by The Barbican Centre<\/a> and The Trampery<\/a> on Thursday 12 October 2017. Lise and Joshua have worked together since the early 90s, using custom-built technologies, real-time data and video, they have developed large-scale multimedia installations, site-specific works and performances. <\/p>\n

Interfaces Monthly is a get-together for people working at the junction of art and technology, and each event includes selected artworks, presentations and discussions. The topic of this month’s Interfaces Monthly, A hidden world<\/em>, will explore and analyse the nuances inherent in human processes. Through the work of Marta Di Francesco, Matteo Zamagni, Lise Autogena<\/a> and Joshua Portway<\/a>, the evening will examine the hidden algorithmic fabric of the world derived from the microcosmic to the macrocosmic scale.<\/p>\n
