This week marked the 50th anniversary of a flying-saucer hoax that caused concern across Britain and captured the\u00a0imagination of people around the world. \u00a0BBC Inside Out South<\/a> revealed the real story behind the discovery\u00a0of 6 silver space-ships which appeared across southern England in 1967 sparking fears of\u00a0an alien invasion.<\/p>\n
