{"id":2552,"date":"2017-01-11T12:00:24","date_gmt":"2017-01-11T12:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/c3riimpact\/?p=2552"},"modified":"2018-07-26T12:23:42","modified_gmt":"2018-07-26T11:23:42","slug":"hester-reeve-residency","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/c3riimpact\/hester-reeve-residency\/","title":{"rendered":"Hester Reeve awarded a joint residency at Kings College London and Kunsthuis SYB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shu.ac.uk\/about-us\/our-people\/staff-profiles\/hester-reeve\" target=\"_blank\">Hester Reeve<\/a>, artist and Reader in Fine Art in the Art &amp; Design Research Centre (ADRC), has been awarded a joint residency at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcl.ac.uk\/Cultural\/Artists-in-Residence\/Artists-in-Arts-Humanities\/HesterReeve.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Centre for Philosophy and the Visuals Arts (CVPA)<\/a> at Kings College London and at <a href=\"http:\/\/kunsthuissyb.nl\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\">Kunsthuis SYB<\/a> in The Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>Hester will be working at CVPA in spring term 2017, on a project exploring how thinking conceptually about art\u2019s possibilities can facilitate new agendas for making, composition and materials. This will be followed later in the year by a six week residency at the CPVA&#8217;s partner institute Kunsthuis SYB (mid-September until end of October 2017). At the end of the stay at Kunsthuis SYB there will be a presentation of work in progress.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shu.ac.uk\/about-us\/our-people\/staff-profiles\/hester-reeve\" target=\"_blank\">Hester Reeve<\/a> is a Reader in Fine Art.
