It <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW250483670 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">is a 3m high and 7m diameter circular ste<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW250483670 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">e<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW250483670 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">l building, which\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun
