The introduction of the full special issue ‘Animality, Performance, and Voice: William Baldwin’s Beware the Cat’ <\/em>in Textual Practice Volume 37, Issue 7 (2023)<\/a>‘ discusses Penny’s work in relation to the whole practice-based research project.<\/p>\n

The article is part of a wider research project Beware the Cat<\/a><\/em>\u00a0that uses multiple strategies to examine William Baldwin\u2019s satirical novel (1561).<\/p>\n
