Professor\u00a0Esther Johnson<\/a> (Professor of Film and Media Arts) has been invited to screen her film ‘DUST & METAL<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(C\u00c1T B\u1ee4I & KIM LO\u1ea0I)<\/a><\/strong>‘\u00a0at the inaugural\u00a0DaNang Asian Film Festival<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>taking place from 09\u2014 13 May 2023.<\/p>\n

Esther has also been invited to discuss her research at the first Vietnam Film Forum held in June 2023 in Nha Trang and hosted by the Vietnam Film Institute (VFI). At the same time Esther is developing a new 35mm short film with the VFI to be shot in their HaNoi archives and film studio.<\/p>\n

The Vietnam premiere of ‘DUST & METAL<\/a><\/strong>‘ with a live score performed by Xo Xinh will take place in HaNoi and HCMC in October 2023.<\/p>\n
