The January 2018 Transforming Lives Strategy Update Session saw Sarah Swales present on The Hallam Deal  alongside Christina Hughes regarding the work to date of Shaping Futures .

Christina Hughes – Pro Vice-Chancellor for Student Experience – spoke about the work under the Shaping Futures pillar board. This included how the programme is organised, the areas of work including current priorities, deliverables, milestones and how these will achieve the KPIs and positively impact the student experience. Christina also provided current thinking on future focus areas, next steps and how colleagues can contribute within their roles.

Sarah Swales – Assistant Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development – gave an update on the Hallam Deal, in particular reflecting on the feedback we’ve received from staff in the open sessions that we’ve been running.
