Some external contractors will be on level 7 next Wednesday 12th April. They need access to the roof space so they can inspect the steelwork above the ceiling.
There will be a couple of them moving around the floor and they will be opening the access panels in the ceiling and then having a look inside. There is a possibility that they will need to get access above desks, so you may need to move out of the way for a few minutes while they climb up and have a look.
They will be accompanied by a member of staff from Facilities Management so you can raise any concerns with them. All the necessary risk assessments and permits are in place
