Following today’s Level 7 Refurbishment Project Board meeting, the Project Board will be focussing on the initial areas we need to include within the project.
We envisage the project to be split into 5 work streams;
- Activity Based Environments (ABE)
- Document Storage (DS)
- E-processes (EP)
- Location Free Working (LFW)
- IT Solutions (IT)
Over the next week or so, the Project Board will be allocating the work streams to members of the Board.
The next step will be to invite staff to engage in focus groups, workshops, surveys and other ways to engage in the project.
The next Project Board meeting is being arranged for next week, when we will be able to update you further.
