Now in its third year, the Connecting with Professional Practice Conference<\/strong>, and associated Seedcorn Funding Stream, is being held on 8th<\/sup> June 2021. The Hallam Pracademia Community of Practice and the Professional Practice Foundation are delighted to invite you to join them for the 2021 Online Symposium.<\/span><\/p>\n

A chance to hear from colleagues from across the university on the innovations they\u2019ve developed during this extraordinary year!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re delighted that this year\u2019s event will incorporate two streams: the Connecting with Professional Practice stream and the Digital Innovations stream.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Connecting with Professional Practice stream is kindly sponsored by the Social and Economic Research Institute (SERI). This stream brings together lecturers and researchers from across the University, and contacts from external organisations, to share ideas, develop business links and progress opportunities for collaborative research projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Digital Innovations stream, funded by the Hallam Guild, will connect lecturers, researchers and professional services colleagues to showcase research and\/or practical innovations associated with the transition to the blended learning approach necessitated by Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n

**This event will offer two opportunities for attendees to apply for funding<\/strong> to support the development of their own projects!**<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
