Create a pre-arrival course video and\/or screencast
\n<\/strong>We recommend you create a\u00a0pre-arrival course video<\/a>. A script for course pre-arrival welcome videos is on the Hallam Welcome Academic Resources site. Your video will be uploaded to Hallam Welcome Blog with your welcome schedule.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Digital\u00a0Learning Team\u00a0<\/strong>have received some queries about how to host the Course Welcome videos teams have made, so we have created guidance on\u00a0how to add your course welcome video<\/a>\u00a0into Panopto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Create your course welcome schedule
\n<\/strong>Don\u2019t forget you should now be creating your course welcome schedule for new students. All essential sessions need to be added to the schedule. Your course administrators will upload schedules to the Hallam Welcome Blog.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pre-arrival tasks for students to complete
\n<\/strong>Don\u2019t forget to e-mail your students if you have pre-arrival tasks or activities. Your\u00a0course administrators<\/a>\u00a0can support you by providing a list of students from early September.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
