The session will explain and encourage a discussion and application of some strengths-based micro skills for teaching and caring for students.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>Key Learning Points<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The model presented offers a simple, evidence based, highly accessible and easy to understand approach to dealing with challenging behaviours in the classroom. It is particularly useful for group learning situations and one to one meeting management as well as higher stress situation.
