The session will explain and encourage a discussion and application of the model.<\/p>\n<p>The model presented offers a simple, evidence based, highly accessible and easy to understand approach to dealing with adverse situations. It is particularly useful for everyday as well as higher stress situations and can open the door to beginning to understanding our human responses to every day, as well as one-off, irritations, frustrations and challenges.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>What next?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The model presented offers a simple, evidence based, highly accessible and easy to understand approach to dealing with adverse situations. It is particularly useful for everyday as well as higher stress situations and can open the door to beginning to understanding our human responses to every day, as well as one-off, irritations, frustrations and challenges.
